Janek Ebbers

Janek Ebbers
  • Biography

    Prior to joining MERL, Janek completed his PhD studies at Paderborn University. His research interest focuses on detection and classification of acoustic scenes and events, and machine listening in general. He is the recipient of an ISCA best student paper award, a Kaggle gold medal, a DCASE Challenge reproducible system award and won the DCASE Challenge Task 4 in 2022.
